is operated by DVDHead/eComodate of Arlington, Massachusetts,
USA. Since 1999, DVDHead has operated with the purpose of
providing news, information and products focused on, or including,
DVD technologies such as movies, games and hardware. Our goal
is to provide the most complete product offering in the DVD
market, at the best possible price, in the most efficient
manner.
To the
end, we have partnered with Amazon.com for product warehousing,
order fulfillment and customer service. Your orders will be
handled by Amazon's top rated service and support staff.
Shipping

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that
there are restrictions on some products, and some products
cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Delivery
Times
When you place an order, you will receive an estimate of
shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability
of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping
date estimates will appear in the order form. After placing
your order, you will receive both shipping and delivery date
estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order
summary in Your Account.

FREE Super Saver shipping on most
orders of $25 or more.
Shipping costs depend upon the method and option you choose.
If you choose to ship in as few shipments as possible, you'll
be charged for one regular per-shipment fee, as well as a
per-item fee for each item in that shipment.
If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available,
we'll charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment
as well as a per-item fee for each item.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we
sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be
found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping
companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next
full pound.
Payment

All orders
must be paid for using a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard,
American Express and Discover. All orders are subject to credit
card authorization and approval. In the event that your credit
card is not authorized and approved by the credit card agency,
we will contact you via e-mail or phone.
We reserve
the right to ask for further proof of identification, or to
validate authorization, on any order we feel needs further
verification. Orders in which the billing and shipping address
do not match may be verified by contacting the billing contact
or the cardholder's bank for verification.
DVDHead/eComodate,
Amazon and XBoxGames strives to maintain strict security
on customer payments. If we feel that a payment has been made
using a fradulent credit card, we will report the incident
to the postal authorities and the cardholder's bank.
Your credit
card will not be charged until the complete order has been
shipped or your order is fulfilled completely.
Checking

You can review the details and status of any order you have
placed via Your Amazon Account. For orders that have already
been shipped, you can confirm the date and method of shipment,
view an estimated date of arrival, and get a tracking number,
if applicable.
You can make changes to Amazon.com-fulfilled orders that
have not yet entered the shipping process. However, you cannot
change orders placed through Amazon Marketplace (including
Amazon.com subsidiaries that sell through Marketplace, such
as Warehouse Deals), or with a merchant operating on the Amazon.com
Web site (such as Lands' End or Nordstrom).
Please note: Whenever you make a change to an order via Your
Account, such as modifying the shipping options, address,
or items, our system re-evaluates our inventory to determine
the best fulfillment plan for your order given the new information.
Therefore, any changes you make may affect the estimated delivery
date for your order.
Due to the volume of packages we ship each day, no changes
can be made for any order once it has entered the shipping
process.
Canceling
an Order (top) (home)
You can cancel your order for any item sold by Amazon.com,
provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
Visit the order summary in Your Account. If we can recognize
you as a customer with any unshipped orders, you will see
a box to the right. Click the relevant link in that box to
visit the order summary page. (If you do not see that box,
click here to sign in to Your Account, and select the order
you wish to alter.)
Once you've reached the order summary, click the "Need
to cancel an item?" button. On the next page, click the
checkbox next to any item you want to cancel. Be sure to click
the "Cancel checked items" button when you are finished.
If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping
process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our customer service
department. However, you can return the item for a refund.

Return

You may return most items sold by XBoxGames within 30
days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return
shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please
note that we are unable to exchange items.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is gas-powered or contains flammable liquids.
(These items will say "This item cannot be returned"
on their product detail page.)
- Any television 27 inches or larger.
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
In addition, we will only issue partial refunds for the return
of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any book that has obvious signs of use.
- Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette
tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of
its plastic wrap).
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged,
or is missing parts.

Amazon and XBoxGames are committed to protecting the privacy
of our customers. DVDHead and XBoxGames does not sell or
rent out customer information. All information collected on
our sites is for internal use only. All account and credit
card information is encrypted using SSL (secure socket layer)
and other technologies for your protection. Credit card numbers
are not stored by DVDHead or XBoxGames and we do everything
possible to protect against credit card theft and fraud. If
you feel that there has been a violation of your credit card
or personal information involving DVDHead or XBoxGames,
please contact us at support@DVDHead.com immediately.
Occassionally,
DVDHead and XBoxGames will run contests and offer promotions
to its customers. We may send you e-mails announcing these
events. If you do not wish to receive such e-mail, please
write to support@DVDHead.com and request that you be removed
from our public relations mailing list (be sure to include
your customer number, if known).
We reserve
the right to modify this policy as the need arises and will
immediately post any revisions to the DVDHead/XBoxGames
web site.
